CONTRACT RULES & AGREEMENT ALL ACTIVITIES EXCEPT JET SKI

Here, “I” , “me” and “my” is referred to the client who is performing the activity and signing the disclaimer at the center before the activity. Below are the rules and regulations to follow.

1. The rental amount is to be paid in advance and is non refundable.
2. Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
3. The use of all Water Adventure Dubai equipment is at my own risk.
4. I have to check the equipment before use and report any defects of material.
5. If any damage is caused I will pay for it (plus transport and taxes incurred).
6. I must always stay in sight of the instructor or responsible person.
7. Without permission I cannot visit beaches, islands or other locations.
8. I am liable for damages to materials or injuries to other persons as a result of my own actions.
9. I con­firm that there are no medical reasons that stop me from participating the program of my choice.
10. I confi­rm that I am able to swim for a minimum of 15 minutes.
11. I agree to follow the directions of the instructor at all times and that swimmers have absolute priority. I must make way for them in time and if I do not respect this rule the instructor has the authority to terminate all my activities with Water Adventure Dubai. Any fines given by the authority for non respect of rules and regulations will be charged to the client.
12. I have no claim upon payments made even if you decide to terminate the activity prematurely.
13. Water Adventure Dubai cannot be held liable for damages, delays, and unexpected events in case of force majeure and loss or breakage of any items like cameras, phones, glasses, contact lenses, etc.
14. Clients failing to return the equipment at the due time will be charged for an additional unit rental.
15. For boat tour booking, all passengers have to carry their original Emirates ID (for residents in UAE) or original Passport (for non-residents). Failure to carry it the day of the booking, Water Adventure Dubai will not permit the passenger on board. No Refund will be allowed.
16. The booking is confirmed only when the payment is finalized and you receive the voucher.
17. When the payment is made, there is no cancellation or refund possible. You may amend your booking 72 hours before the date of the activity by contacting us at [email protected] with the order number.
18. You must arrive 15 min before the time of your booking. In case of any delay, Water Adventure Dubai does not guarantee the activity and no refund will be granted.
19. Any no-show will not be entitled to any cancellation or refund.
20. All bookings are subject to weather conditions.
21. Water Adventure Dubai has the right to amend or cancel your booking in case of any force majeure.
22. I accept the above conditions and adhere to follow them.

CONTRACT RULES & AGREEMENT FOR JET SKI

Here, “I” ,  “me” and “my” is referred to the client who is performing the activity and signing the disclaimer at the center before the activity. Below are the rules and regulations to follow.

1. The rental amount is to be paid in advance and is non refundable.
2. Participation in programs of Water Adventure Dubai is at my own risk.
3. Clients under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
4. The use of all Water Adventure Dubai equipment is at my own risk.
5. The lesser is obliged to wear a life jacket. The establishment is not responsible for any negligence in this respect.
6. The lessee is fully responsible by law, if the jet ski is used by anyone other than the lessee stated in the contract, contract terms will be applicable accordingly if used by other than the lessee. Any fines given by the authority for non respect of the rules and regulations will be charged to the client.
7. The customer shall pay AED 1,000 towards each day that the equipment remains under repair in the workshop as a result of an accident as well as the repair costs.
8. The lessee will be personally responsible for the consequences of an accident with the jetski.
9. Each customer is fully responsible for his equipment before the company whether being answerable for the accident by himself or otherwise.
10. In case of the equipment falling under the water or if the water penetrates to the engine the customer undertakes to pay the repair cost of a minimum of AED 2,000 and will be subject to a full inspection by the team. If the engine is damaged, the cost of repair will be under the client.
11. The customer shall not drive near to the beach or in water less than ½ meter deep so to avoid intake of sand or debris, otherwise the customer is obliged to pay the cost of damages resulting therefrom.
12. It is not allowed to hire marine equipment for anyone under 16 years old.
13. The customer shall pay AED 400 if he/she losses the key to the jetski.
14. If the lessee enters the restricted area and the equipment is confiscated by the authority, the lessee should be liable for the full price of the equipment and any financial or legal liabilities arising from this action.
15. The lessee shall pay AED 1,000 for each day the jet ski is stopped by the police or coast guard.
16. The lessee agrees to follow the directions of the instructor at all times and respect the approved area to perform the jet ski activity. If the lesser does not respect this rule the instructor has the authority to terminate all the activities without any refund and the company will not be held responsible for this behavior and any consequences resulting from such as fines from the authority for example, or third party complaints.
17. The lessee agrees to respect the safety instructions during the ride such as and not limited to keeping a safe distance between the other crafts (boats, jetski, non-motorized), not entering the swimming area, and must respect all the allocated area to ride, to always give priority to swimmers and people on non-motorized assets, etc…
